We operate across seven sites in the UK and Germany, with over 180 CNC machine tools, NADCAP-accredited surface treatment, advanced metrology and assembly capability under one group.

Apprenticeships and early careers
Across the ASG Aerospace group we have a long-standing commitment to early careers, backed by award-winning programmes and recognition from the Department for Education. From your first day in the business you will be working on real components for real customers, supported by experienced engineers and a team that wants you to succeed.

We offer apprenticeships from Level 2 through to degree level across our UK sites, in partnership with local colleges and leading universities including the University of Nottingham and the University of Leeds. Earn while you learn, gain nationally recognised qualifications, and build a career in one of the most technically demanding industries in the world.

Our German operations run apprenticeship and vocational training programmes under the renowned German dual education system, one of the most respected technical training frameworks in the world.
