End-to-end capability, from component to sub-assembly
Our capabilities span the full manufacturing process. Long and Short Bed Machining across hard, soft and exotic metal covers everything from small, detailed components to large-format structural parts.
Complex assembly, including swaging and of bearings, pressure testing and non-destructive testing, supports high-integrity, safety critical defence components. We complete the resistance, wear protection and finish specifications, all carried out under AS9100/EN9100 quality control with full traceability from raw material to finished part. A dedicated speed shop also supports fast-turnaround requirements for UOR demands and next-generation prototype work, keeping critical programmes moving when speed matters most.
