The remarkable Martin-Baker ejection seat life saves reach 7,803

ASG Aerospace is proud to celebrate Martin-Baker’s remarkable milestone — 7,803 lives saved through world-leading ejection seat technology.

The latest save, an Indian Air Force pilot on 14 November, is a powerful reminder of the impact of this British engineering success.

For ASG Produmax, which supplies precision components for Martin-Baker seats, this achievement hits close to home. As Director Jeremy Ridyard says, every save reinforces the purpose behind what we do — contributing to safety critical technology.

This year also marks 75 years since the first ever Martin-Baker ejection — a legacy that continues to inspire UK engineering. With over 92,000 seats delivered and aircrew protected in 188 aircraft types worldwide, Martin-Baker remains a global benchmark.

ASG Produmax, founded in 1966, are proud to have been part of this incredible British engineering success story for over 50 years
