ASG Aerospace celebrates Rolls-Royce recognition at Farnborough International Airshow 2026
ASG Aerospace has marked Farnborough International Airshow 2026 with recognition from one of the world’s leading aerospace manufacturers, as its ASG Arrowsmith site was once again awarded membership of the prestigious Rolls-Royce High Performing Supplier Group (HPSG), a distinction held by only around 30 companies worldwide.
The award was presented during the exhibition to Jason Aldridge, Managing Director of ASG Arrowsmith, recognising consistent performance in supplying complex CNC-machined components and high-performance alloy engine systems.
For ASG Aerospace, the recognition arrives at a significant moment. ASG Aerospace is a vertically integrated, mid-size group of seven sites across the UK and Germany, spanning precision engineering and surface treatments. The group launched its new brand at this year’s show, presenting a single integrated capability to customers across aerospace, defence, semiconductor and scientific markets.
The High Performing Supplier Group recognises suppliers that consistently deliver the quality, delivery performance and manufacturing excellence required to support advanced aerospace engine programmes. Membership is limited to around 30 companies worldwide, placing ASG Arrowsmith among an elite tier of the global Rolls-Royce supply chain.
For ASG Arrowsmith, the recognition reflects years of investment in advanced machining technology, manufacturing capability and the skilled people who deliver some of the most demanding components within the aerospace supply chain.
Supplying precision-engineered engine components requires exceptional consistency, rigorous process control and continuous investment in manufacturing technology. Every component contributes to the performance and reliability of highly complex aerospace engines, where precision is measured in microns and quality standards are uncompromising.
Jason Aldridge says the award reflects the commitment of the entire ASG Arrowsmith team.
“Recognition from Rolls-Royce is something every member of the business can be proud of. Awards like this are earned through the dedication of our people, the strength of our manufacturing processes and our shared commitment to delivering quality on every programme.”
The recognition also reflects the strength that comes from being part of a wider group. Across ASG Aerospace, sites share investment in technology, quality systems and skills development, giving customers the assurance of consistent standards alongside the depth of specialist expertise at each site.
As production rates increase across both commercial aerospace and defence, OEMs continue to work closely with manufacturing partners capable of delivering consistent quality while supporting long-term programme growth.
Aldridge believes investment in capability remains central to maintaining that position.
“Customers increasingly value suppliers who combine technical expertise with long-term investment in people, equipment and manufacturing capability. That commitment allows us to support increasingly complex programmes while continuing to deliver the standards our customers expect.”
ASG Arrowsmith has continued investing in advanced CNC machining technologies and specialist manufacturing expertise, strengthening its capability across high-performance alloy components for aerospace engine applications.
Receiving the High Performing Supplier Group recognition during Farnborough International Airshow places the achievement within the wider context of an industry focused on increasing production, strengthening supply chains and delivering engineering excellence at scale.
For ASG Aerospace, the award to ASG Arrowsmith represents recognition of manufacturing performance today and reinforces the group’s commitment to supporting the next generation of aerospace programmes.
